The panel01
What does the Melonex Supplement Facts panel say?
The Melonex Supplement Facts panel says one capsule is a serving and the bottle holds 60 servings. It lists one item: a 500 mg proprietary blend.
Under the blend name come three ingredients in a fixed order: L-Citrulline DL-Malate, L-Arginine (Alpha-Ketoglutarate dihydrate) and L-Arginine HCL. A dagger points to the footnote "Daily Value Not Established".
Below the box sits the other-ingredients line: the capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate.

No line is reworded. If a line on your bottle differs, trust the bottle and tell us at [email protected].

Blend math03
What does "Proprietary Blend 500 mg" mean on the Melonex label?
"Proprietary Blend 500 mg" means the three ingredients weigh 500 mg together, and only that total is printed. Federal rules allow this as long as the parts are listed from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36, blends).
The order still tells you something. The first line must be at least a third of the blend. The second can be at most half, and the third at most a third.
| Blend line | Per capsule | Even split, 1 capsule | Even split, 2 capsules |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. L-Citrulline DL-Malate | About 167-500 mg | About 167 mg | About 333 mg |
| 2. L-Arginine AKG dihydrate | At most 250 mg | About 167 mg | About 333 mg |
| 3. L-Arginine HCL | At most 167 mg | About 167 mg | About 333 mg |
| Whole blend | 500 mg | 500 mg | 1,000 mg |
Each line includes its partner: malate, alpha-ketoglutarate or HCl. The free citrulline or arginine inside is lower. Each ingredient has its own profile on the ingredients page.
The dagger04
Why does the Melonex label say "Daily Value Not Established"?
The label says "Daily Value Not Established" because no daily target has been set for these ingredients. That is why the panel shows a dagger instead of a percent.
It is not a warning and not a flaw. It only means the label cannot tell you what share of a daily need one capsule meets.
No calories, no protein grams and no vitamins or minerals are listed. The panel covers only the blend and the serving.
Supply05
How many days does a bottle of Melonex last?
A bottle of Melonex lasts 60 days at one capsule a day, or 30 days at two. Both fit the label, which allows up to two a day.
The sales page calls 2 bottles a 60-day supply. The label's base dose is 1 capsule a day, which makes one bottle last 60 days, so this site shows both.
1 capsule a day
60 capsules last 60 days. The blend comes to 500 mg a day.
2 capsules a day
60 capsules last 30 days. The blend comes to 1 g a day.
Timing and water are covered on how to take Melonex.

See packsCaution and storage06
What do the Melonex caution and storage lines tell you?
The caution line tells you not to go past the dose and to ask a physician first if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a known medical condition. The label applies that advice to "this or any dietary supplement".
Storage is simple: keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity, in a cool, dry place. Keep it out of reach of children.
Check the seal before first use. The label says not to use the bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
The label's "known medical condition" includes high blood pressure and heart disease. Ask your doctor before adding Melonex, and never stop a prescription because of it. Arginine may add to blood pressure drugs and nitrates (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine).
Origin07
Who makes Melonex and where is it made?
The label names a distributor, not a maker: "Distributed for: INSTITUTO EXPERIENCE, Lakeland FL, 33804". It adds a phone number and the email [email protected].
Two origin lines follow. "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients" leaves the source countries unnamed. "Manufactured in an FDA registered facility" means the plant is registered, which is not FDA approval; FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, supplement Q&A).
What is not on the label
- The manufacturer's name or city
- The countries the ingredients come from
- A published lab report
The seller's references M-26/GO-5347 and M-5347-26-GO are not lab proof. See testing and quality.

Front claims08
What do the asterisks on the Melonex label mean?
The asterisks mark structure/function claims that the FDA has not evaluated. Each icon, "Heart Support*", "Circulation Support*" and "Natural Formula*", points to the same footnote (FDA, structure/function claims).
That footnote reads: "*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." A supplement may print claims like these without FDA review, but only a drug may claim to treat or prevent a disease (FDA, structure/function claims).
"Natural Formula" is not defined anywhere on the label. The three blend lines are purified amino acid forms.
FAQ09
Questions about the Melonex label
What is the serving size on the Melonex label?
One capsule. The panel lists a serving size of 1 capsule and 60 servings per container. The directions allow a second capsule a day, which makes two servings, or 1 g of the blend, the daily maximum.
Does the Melonex label list calories or a percent Daily Value?
No. The panel shows no calories and no percent. A dagger next to the blend leads to the footnote "Daily Value Not Established", so the label cannot say what share of a daily need one capsule covers.
Has a certificate of analysis for Melonex been published?
No lab report has been published. The seller gives the references M-26/GO-5347 and M-5347-26-GO, but those are reference codes, not test results. No lab is named and no purity figure is given. We will link a report if one becomes public.
Who is Instituto Experience?
Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida is the distributor printed on the Melonex label, with the email [email protected]. The label does not name the factory that makes the capsules. Gomelonex is a retailer, not the distributor.
What does "globally sourced ingredients" mean on the label?
It means some or all raw materials come from outside the US, while the capsules are made in the USA. The label does not name the countries or the suppliers, and the sales page adds no detail.
What should I do if the Melonex safety seal is broken?
Do not use that bottle. The label says not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Call the order desk at +1 (855) 889-3137 with your order ID and ask about a replacement.
Does the Melonex label say what time of day to take it?
No. The label says one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, up to two a day, and stops there. It sets no time and no rule about meals, so choose a time you will remember.
