What to expect
Melonex results: what to expect, week by week
Melonex results are not known, because no trial has tested the capsules, so no change is promised. The fair way to judge them is a home test: one week of blood pressure readings before you start, then the same readings through day 30 and day 60. Seeing no change is a likely, honest outcome at this dose.

Honest baseline01
What results can you expect from Melonex?
You can expect no proven result from Melonex, because the capsules have never been tested in a trial. Any change you see is yours to measure, not something the bottle can promise.
The ingredient trials give a rough ceiling. Arginine at 4 to 24 g a day lowered readings by about 5.4/2.7 mm Hg on average (Dong 2011, arginine meta-analysis). Citrulline at 3 to 9 g lowered the top number by about 4.1 (Barkhidarian 2019, citrulline meta-analysis).
Melonex gives 0.5 to 1 g of the whole blend a day. So the honest forecast is a small change or none at all. The claims behind that forecast are laid out on Melonex benefits.
Time frame02
How long does Melonex take to work?
Nobody knows how long Melonex takes to work, if it works at all, because no study has timed it. Four weeks is the shortest fair look.
In the arginine review, results held up when only trials lasting 4 weeks or more were counted (Dong 2011, arginine meta-analysis). That gives a sensible first checkpoint at about day 30.
The guarantee sets the outer edge. The sales page asks for at least 30 days of use before a claim, and the window closes at 60 days (Melonex sales page).
The method03
What does a fair 30-day Melonex self-test look like?
A fair 30-day Melonex self-test compares one week of home readings before the first capsule with the readings that follow. Everything else in your day should stay the same.
The method below follows American Heart Association advice on home monitoring (AHA, home BP monitoring). The same cuff, the same chair and the same hour make the numbers comparable.
Use the right cuff
A validated, automatic upper-arm monitor sized to your arm. Wrist and finger monitors are not recommended.
Prepare for 30 minutes
No smoking, caffeine or exercise for 30 minutes before. Empty your bladder.
Sit for 5 minutes
Quietly, no talking, arm resting on a flat surface at heart level, cuff on bare skin above the elbow.
Take two readings
One minute apart, at the same time each day. Write down both.
Week by week04
What should you check at week 4, 8 and 12 on Melonex?
At week 4, 8 and 12 on Melonex you check your log, not your feelings. Each checkpoint asks one clear question.
The first two line up with the guarantee: claims open after 30 days and close at 60. Week 12 only applies if you decide to continue.
- Week 0: baseline
Seven days of readings, no capsules. This is the number every later week is measured against.
- Week 4: first look
Compare the week 4 average with the baseline average. Note any side effects. The guarantee window is now open.
- Week 8: decision
Compare again. Keep going, stop, or ask for a refund before day 60.
- Week 12: doctor review
If you kept going, share the full log with your doctor and decide together.

Your log05
How do you read a Melonex blood pressure log?
You read a Melonex blood pressure log by comparing weekly averages, never single readings. Numbers shift from day to day, and one high or low reading proves little.
Add up the top numbers for the week and divide by the count, then do the same for the bottom numbers. Compare those averages with your baseline week.
The categories behind the numbers are explained on blood pressure numbers (AHA, blood pressure readings).
| Column | What to write | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Date and time | Same hour each day | Readings at different hours do not compare well |
| Reading 1 and 2 | Both numbers, one minute apart | AHA advises two readings and recording both (AHA, home BP monitoring) |
| Capsules | 0, 1 or 2 | Shows baseline days and missed doses |
| Medicine | Taken as prescribed, yes or no | A medicine change can explain a shift in readings |
| Notes | Coffee, salty meal, poor sleep, stress | Explains odd readings |

What can throw off a Melonex self-test?
Almost any change in routine can throw off a Melonex self-test. If two things change at once, you cannot tell which one moved your readings.
- A new diet, less salt or more exercise started the same week
- A change in any prescribed medicine
- A different cuff, arm or time of day
- Caffeine or a cigarette shortly before measuring
Safety07
When should you stop a Melonex test early?
Stop a Melonex test early if your readings drop below 90/60 or you feel dizzy, light-headed or faint (NHLBI, low blood pressure). Call your doctor before the next capsule.
A reading above 180/120 needs a second check after one minute. If it stays that high with chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, vision change or trouble speaking, call 911 (AHA, blood pressure readings).
Stomach upset, headache or a rash are reasons to stop too. The full list is on Melonex side effects.
A self-test only works, and only stays safe, if prescriptions stay exactly as your doctor set them. Never pause a pill to see what the capsule does on its own.
Decision08
What should you do at day 60 with Melonex?
At day 60 with Melonex, decide whether to keep going, stop, or ask for your money back. Day 60 is also the last day of the guarantee window.
If your averages did not move and you feel no different, stopping is a reasonable choice. To claim a refund, call +1 (855) 889-3137 with your order ID before the deadline. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
The claim steps are on the 60-day guarantee page.
Keep going
Plan a week 12 review with your doctor and keep logging.
Stop
Keep measuring for a while to see where your numbers settle.
Refund
Call before day 60, then mail the bottles with tracking.

What moves blood pressure more reliably than Melonex?
Diet, salt, movement and prescribed treatment move blood pressure more reliably than Melonex, because they have strong evidence behind them. They also make a self-test harder to read if they change midway.
The AHA's ideal sodium limit is 1,500 mg a day, and cutting even 1,000 mg helps most people (AHA, sodium per day). The DASH eating plan lowers readings too (NHLBI, DASH eating plan), and adults should aim for 150 minutes of moderate activity a week (AHA, physical activity).
Run the capsule test first, or start these habits first, but not both in the same week. More ideas are on heart health habits.
FAQ10
Questions about Melonex results
Will I feel Melonex working?
Probably not in any clear way. Blood pressure changes are usually silent, and no trial has described how Melonex feels. A home log tells you far more than a sense of more energy or warmth, which is easy to mistake for expectation.
Should I measure in the morning or evening during a Melonex test?
Either works, as long as you choose one time and keep it. The AHA advises measuring at the same time each day and taking two readings one minute apart (AHA, home BP monitoring). If your doctor wants both, keep morning and evening readings in separate columns.
Can I track Melonex results with a wrist monitor?
A wrist monitor is a poor choice for a self-test. The AHA recommends a validated automatic upper-arm cuff and says wrist and finger monitors are not recommended (AHA, home BP monitoring). Have your monitor checked against your doctor's equipment about once a year.
What if my readings go up while taking Melonex?
First check your method: time of day, caffeine, cuff placement and rest. If the weekly average stays higher than baseline, stop the capsules and show your log to your doctor. A reading above 180/120 needs a recheck after one minute (AHA, blood pressure readings).
Is 30 days long enough to judge Melonex?
Thirty days is the shortest fair look. In the arginine review, results held when only trials of 4 weeks or more were counted (Dong 2011, arginine meta-analysis). Sixty days gives twice as many readings and still fits the guarantee window.
Do any Melonex results last after you stop?
No study has looked at Melonex, so nobody knows. If you stop, keep measuring the same way for a while. Your numbers will show whether anything changes, and your doctor can help judge the trend.
Should I tell my doctor I am testing Melonex?
Yes, and bring the log. The 2025 AHA/ACC blood pressure guideline stresses home monitoring and team-based care (AHA, 2025 BP guideline), so a clean log is useful for your doctor whether the capsules help or not.
