Melonex disclaimer: medical, FDA, sales and name notes
The Melonex disclaimer says four things. Melonex capsules are a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and nothing on the site is medical advice. FDA has not evaluated the label's claims. The capsules contain no meloxicam, the painkiller sold as Melonex in some countries. Gomelonex earns money when you order through its links.

In short01
What does the Melonex disclaimer cover?
The Melonex disclaimer covers health, regulation, results, money and the product's name. Each one is a limit on what the site and the capsules can promise.
The same limits sit behind the cautions on our health pages. They are why no star rating appears anywhere on the site.
| Part | What it says |
|---|---|
| Medical | General information only; your doctor decides what fits you |
| FDA | The label's claims are not evaluated by FDA; supplements are not approved before sale |
| Results | No trial of Melonex exists; no review is verified |
| Affiliate | Gomelonex earns a share of sales made through its links |
| Name | Not meloxicam, not a painkiller, not for animals |
Medical02
Is Melonex a medicine for blood pressure or the heart?
No, Melonex is a dietary supplement, not a medicine for blood pressure, the heart or any other condition. Its 500 mg capsule blend of citrulline and arginine is food-type nutrition, sold without a prescription.
The site's pages are written by the Melonex label desk, not by your doctor. They describe the label and the research. They cannot weigh your history, your readings or your medicines.
Some people should not start the capsules without a doctor. Arginine is not recommended after a recent heart attack, and it may push pressure too low with blood pressure drugs, nitrates or sildenafil (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine).
Do not stop or cut a prescribed medicine because you began a supplement. Bring the bottle to your doctor or pharmacist and ask before the first capsule.
The label's own caution: "Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement."

Signs that need help now, and the full interaction list, are on the Melonex side effects page.
FDA03
What does the FDA statement on the Melonex label mean?
The FDA statement on the Melonex label means the agency has not checked the claims on the bottle. The label reads: "*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
The asterisks after "Heart Support*", "Circulation Support*" and "Natural Formula*" point to that line. These are structure/function claims. A seller may print them with the statement, but only a drug may claim to treat or prevent a disease (FDA, structure/function claims).
FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their labels before they reach the market (FDA, supplement Q&A). The line "manufactured in an FDA registered facility" means the plant is registered, which is a listing, not an approval.
- Not FDA approved: no supplement is
- Not evaluated: the label claims were not reviewed by FDA
- Registered facility: a listing of the plant, not a test of the product
- Seller's duty: the company must hold support for its claims

Is Melonex the same as the meloxicam drug called Melonex?
No, Melonex capsules are not the meloxicam drug sold under the Melonex name in parts of South Asia. The capsules hold amino acids. They contain no meloxicam and are not a painkiller, NSAID, antibiotic or fever reducer.
Meloxicam is a prescription NSAID. It carries a boxed warning for heart attack, stroke and bleeding in the stomach or bowel (MedlinePlus, meloxicam). It is sold as tablets, injections, oral suspensions, boluses and syrups, for people and for animals.
Searches for a Melonex injection, a Melonex suspension or a Melonex dose for dogs and cats are about that drug. We give no doses for it, for any person or any animal. A doctor or vet sets those.
| Melonex capsules | Meloxicam (Melonex brand) | |
|---|---|---|
| Type | Dietary supplement | Prescription NSAID |
| Contents | Citrulline and arginine blend, 500 mg | Meloxicam |
| Forms | Capsules only | Tablets, injections, suspensions, boluses, syrups |
| For animals | Never | Only as a vet directs |

Never give the capsules to an animal. Repeated meloxicam can cause kidney failure and death in cats, and NSAIDs can harm a pet's stomach, kidneys and liver; ask your vet (FDA, pain relievers for pets). If a pet swallows any pill, call your vet or the ASPCA poison line at 1-888-426-4435 (ASPCA, top pet poisons).

Results05
Will Melonex give the results the label suggests?
Nobody can say whether Melonex will give any result, because no trial has tested the product. What exists are trials of the single ingredients, at far higher doses.
Arginine at 4 to 24 g a day lowered readings by about 5.4/2.7 mm Hg across 11 trials (Dong 2011, arginine meta-analysis). Citrulline at 3 to 9 g a day lowered systolic pressure by about 4.1 mm Hg (Barkhidarian 2019, citrulline meta-analysis). Two Melonex capsules give 1 g of the whole blend.
We also publish no reviews yet. Stories from buyers can never prove a health effect (FTC, health products guidance), and the FTC bans fake or bought testimonials (FTC, fake reviews rule). A review appears here only once it is matched to a real order.
A small daily dose of well-studied amino acids. Not a replacement for diet, activity, home readings or the medicine your doctor prescribed.

Yes, Gomelonex is paid when you buy Melonex through one of its order buttons. The sale is tracked to this site and we get a share.

Where do the Melonex facts on the site come from?
The Melonex facts on the site come from the flat label first, then the sales page, then linked public health and research sources. When two disagree, the label wins.
Prices and the guarantee were read on the sales page on October 18, 2026 (Melonex sales page). They can change. The checkout shows the price you will pay.
The lot code M-26/GO-5347 and the CoA reference M-5347-26-GO came from the seller. They are not lab proof, and no lab report is published.

FAQ08
Melonex disclaimer questions
Why does every Melonex claim have an asterisk?
The asterisk ties each claim to the FDA statement: the claim has not been evaluated by FDA, and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Supplements must print it next to structure/function claims (FDA, structure/function claims).
Can I take Melonex instead of my blood pressure pills?
No. Melonex is not a substitute for any prescribed medicine. Keep taking your pills as directed, and ask your doctor before adding a supplement, since arginine can add to blood pressure drugs (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine).
Is the Melonex injection the same company as the capsules?
No link is known. The injection is meloxicam, a prescription NSAID sold under the Melonex name in parts of South Asia. The capsules are an amino acid supplement distributed for Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida.
Does a commission change what the site says about Melonex?
It should not, and we write to stop it from doing so. Weak points such as the low dose and the hidden blend split are printed on the main pages, and no rating appears until a review is verified.
Is the Melonex disclaimer written by a doctor?
No. The pages are written by the Melonex label desk. The medical reviewer is not named yet; the box at the foot of each page shows where those details will go once a review is on file.
Who is responsible if the Melonex label changes?
The label on your bottle is the final word. If it differs from our pages, follow the bottle and tell us at [email protected] so we can check and fix the page.
