Where does Melonex ship from?
Melonex ships from the U.S. The order panel on our pages says so, and the label reads "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients."
The label adds that the capsules were made in an FDA registered facility. Registration means the plant is listed with FDA. It is not FDA approval of the product (FDA, supplement Q&A).
The label names the distributor as Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida. It does not name the factory, and the sales page does not name a warehouse. We do not guess at either.
Returns go to a separate address in New York: 345 Hudson Street, Floor 16, New York, NY 10014. That is for sending bottles back, not for pickup.

How long does Melonex delivery take?
The Melonex sales page does not print a delivery time. No number of days, no carrier and no express option appear on it (Melonex sales page).
We will not fill that gap with a guess. If timing matters, call the order desk before you order and ask for an estimate for your address.
Keep the delivery date in mind for the guarantee, too. The 60 days are counted from the order, and claims open only after 30 days of use. A slow parcel leaves less time between those two points.

How do you track a Melonex order?
You track a Melonex order with the tracking details sent in your order email. Keep that email; it also holds the order ID.

What should you check when your Melonex parcel arrives?
When your Melonex parcel arrives, check the safety seal on each bottle first. The label says not to use a bottle whose seal is damaged or missing.
Then match the count and the label. Each bottle should say 60 capsules and list a 500 mg blend. Store the bottles in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity.
