Who is behind a Melonex bottle?

Why is the factory not named?
A supplement label must show a responsible company, and it may be the distributor instead of the factory. The label here lists "Distributed for" Instituto Experience, so the factory stays unnamed (FDA, supplement Q&A).
"Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients" is the label's wording. It does not say where each ingredient was grown or made.
Does an FDA registered facility mean FDA approval?
