Is Melonex on Amazon? What to Know Before You Search

Why do searches mix up two products?
Searches mix up two products because "Melonex" is also a meloxicam brand sold in South Asia. Meloxicam is an NSAID painkiller with a boxed warning for heart attack, stroke and stomach bleeding (MedlinePlus, meloxicam).
